Denise Kuhns has been representing buyers and sellers of real estate in Orange County since 1995. Between the two they have over 60 years in various areas of the real estate industry. Their experience covers real estate sales, project development, financing, property management, and title and escrow.

During my career with Prudential California Realty (Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices California Properties predecessor) I have been recognized in both the Chairman's Circle (top 1%), and Presidents Circle (top 3%), numerous times.

Denise began her real estate career in 1985 with a Dallas title company and honed her talent as an asset manager with a major commercial real estate developer. She eventually shifted her focus to residential sales in Palm Springs and then in Orange County.
